2. Regulation 4 of the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of Levy) Regulations
is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "$1.34" and substituting "$1.56";
        and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$9" and substituting "$10.56".
