1994 No. 189 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3.1 Subregulation 1.03 (1): Insert the following definition:

"'commencement day', in relation to a pension or an annuity, means the first
day of the period to which the first payment of the pension or annuity
relates;".

3.2 Subregulation 1.03 (1) (definition of "member"): Omit from paragraph (b)
"the fund;", substitute "the fund; and".

3.3 Subregulation 1.03 (1) (definition of "member"): Add at the end:

"(c) in relation to a PST-a unit-holder in the PST;".
