1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 11.02

11.02. For the purposes of subsection 36 (1) of the Act, the prescribed period
after the end of each year of income of a superannuation entity is:

   (a)  in the case of a superannuation entity that is an excluded fund-9
        months; and

   (b)  in the case of a superannuation entity, other than an excluded fund,
        that is a public offer entity-4 months; and

   (c)  in the case of any other superannuation entity-6 months.
