1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.12

2.12. (1) This Division applies:

   (a)  to a regulated superannuation fund that is not a public offer
        superannuation fund or an eligible rollover fund; and

   (b)  to a public offer superannuation fund that is not an eligible rollover
        fund, but only in respect of standard employer-sponsored members of
        the fund.

(2) For the purposes of subsection 31 (1) of the Act, a requirement of this
Division is a standard applicable to the operation of a regulated
superannuation fund to which this Division applies.
