1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.25

Exception-pensioners 
2.25. The trustee of a fund need not give information under this Subdivision
to a member:

   (a)  in relation to any period during which the member is a life pensioner
        of the fund; or

   (b)  if the member is a pensioner of the fund and has requested that that
        information not be provided.
