1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.32

2.32. (1) This Division applies to:

   (a)  a regulated superannuation fund that is not an eligible rollover fund;
        and

   (b)  an approved deposit fund that is not an eligible rollover fund.

(2) Information under this Division concerning an event is information that
the trustee reasonably believes a member would reasonably need:

   (a)  where there is a nature or purpose to the event-to understand the
        nature or purpose; and

   (b)  to make an informed judgment about the effect (generally and in
        respect of the member's current and future entitlements) of the event.

(3) For the purposes of subsections 31 (1) and 32 (1) of the Act, a
requirement of this Division is a standard applicable to the operation of a
fund that is a regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund.
