1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 2.44

2.44. In this Division, "exit reporting period", in relation to a person who
ceases to be a member of a fund, means the period:

   (a)  beginning on the first day of the member reporting period in which the
        person ceases to be a member of the fund; and

   (b)  ending at the end of the day on which the person ceases to be a member
        of the fund.
