1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 3.01

3.01. For the purposes of sub-subparagraph 18 (1) (a) (ii) (B) of the Act, a
prescribed class consists of former standard employer-sponsored members of the
fund who, since ceasing to be standard employer-sponsored members of the fund,
either:

   (a)  have not made any contributions to the fund; or

   (b)  have made contributions to the fund in the 2-year period commencing on
        the day following the day on which they ceased to be such members, but
        have not made any contributions after the end of that period.
