1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 3.04

3.04. For the purposes of section 54 of the Act (prerequisites to variation of
repayment period), the following percentages are prescribed:

   (a)  in the case of paragraph (1) (c) of the section-25%; and

   (b)  in the case of paragraph (1) (d) of the section-at least 75%.
