1994 No. 57 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS - REG 3.11

3.11. (1) For the purposes of subsection 163 (2) of the Act the period for
which the trustee of a public offer entity must keep a consent or copy is 10
years from the date on which the entity receives the consent.

(2) A copy of a consent may be kept:

   (a)  in its physical form; or

   (b)  in an electronic form that is capable of being reproduced in paper
        form.
