1995 No. 159 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

12. Regulation 2.18 (Application) 
12.1 Subregulation 2.18 (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) This Division applies to:

   (a)  a regulated superannuation fund; and

   (b)  an approved deposit fund.". 12.2 Add at the end:

"(4) Nothing in this Division requires an eligible rollover fund to provide to
members information relating to a period before 1 July 1995.".
