24.1 After subregulation 5.14 (1), insert:

"(1A) For the purposes of subregulation (2), a unitised fund is not taken to
be a fund in which all the administration costs of the fund are reflected in
the price of units in the fund if administration costs are applied in respect
of the receipt of amounts by the fund or payment of amounts from the fund.".
(NOTE: Example of a fund that, under this subregulation, is not taken to be a
fund in which all the administration costs of the fund are reflected in the
price of units in the fund: a fund that has a buy/sell administration cost
spread.)
