4. Regulation 2.05 (Members to whom trustees are not required to give information)
4.1 Subparagraph 2.05 (1) (a) (i): Omit "or", substitute "and".
4.2 Subregulation 2.05 (1): Add at the end:
"; or (c) the member was transferred to the superannuation entity and, at the
time of the transfer, the trustee of the transferor fund has fulfilled the
requirements of paragraph (a) or (b) in relation to the member.".
