1997 No. 117 SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 11

11. Regulation 2.11A (Information by eligible rollover funds to trustees of transferor funds and to RSA providers) 
11.1 Subregulation 2.11A (1): Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) The information that the trustee of an eligible rollover fund must be
satisfied has been received by:

   (a)  the trustee of a transferor fund before a beneficiary of the
        transferor fund is issued with a superannuation interest under section
        243 of the Act; or

   (b)  the RSA provider before an RSA holder is issued with a superannuation
        interest under section 89 of the RSA Act; is the information specified
        in subregulation (2).".
