25.1 After Division 2.6, insert:

"Division 2.6A - Information in respect of inquiries and complaints
Application

"2.41A. (1) This Division applies in the case where a trustee of a regulated
superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund receives an inquiry or
complaint from a person referred to in subsection 101 (1A) of the Act on or
after 1 July 1997.

"(2) For the purposes of subsections 31 (1) and 32 (1) of the Act, a
requirement of this Division is a standard applicable to the operation of a
regulated superannuation fund or an approved deposit fund. Information in
respect of inquiries and complaints

"2.41B. The trustee must give to the person, at the time when the trustee
deals with the inquiry or complaint, details of the existence and (in outline
terms) the functions of the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal.".
