1989 No. 137 SNOWY MOUNTAINS ENGINEERING CORPORATION (CONVERSION INTO PUBLIC COMPANY) REGULATIONS - SCHEDULE

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS A COMPANY
a statutory corporation established under

(1) applies to be registered under (2) as a company limited by shares.

   (b)  the date on which the corporation established a place of business or
        the period for which it has carried on business, as the case may be;
        and

   (c)  the nature of the business.

*5. The share capital and allotment of shares are as required by sections 18A
and 18B of the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation Act 1970.
6. The corporation:

   (a)  is not in the course of being wound up; and

   (b)  has not had an application lodged to wind it up that has not been
        dealt with; and

   (c)  has not had a receiver, or a receiver and manager, appointed, who is
        acting in respect of property of the corporation; and

   (d)  is not under official management; and

   (e)  has not entered into a compromise or arrangement with another person
        or other persons, the administration of which has not been concluded;
        and

   (f)  has not had an application made to a court for the approval of a
        compromise or arrangement with another person or other persons that
        has not been dealt with.
