1986 No. 27 SUPERANNUATION (STATUTORY OFFICES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Superannuation (Statutory Offices) Regulations is
amended by adding at the end the following sub-regulation:

"(2) The office of member of the Inter-State Commission is a statutory office
for the purposes of the Superannuation Act 1976.".
