1993 No. 87 SUPERANNUATION (CSS) PRODUCTIVITY EMPLOYEE EXCLUSION DECLARATION No. 3 - REG 3

3. Eligible employees who:

   (a)  were employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, OTC Limited
        on 31 January 1992; and

   (b)  became employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, the
        Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation on 1 February
        1992; are not productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of
        the Superannuation Act 1976.
