1988 No. 274 SUPERANNUATION (INTEREST) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3
Interest payable on contributions, etc.
3. Regulation 5 of the Superannuation (Interest) Regulations is amended by
adding at the end of paragraph (b) "or who, immediately before becoming an
eligible employee, was an existing invalidity pensioner;".
