1991 No. 430 SHIPPING REGISTRATION REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 12

12. Regulation 41 (Entries in Register) 
  12.1   Subregulation 41 (1):
Omit the subregulation, substitute:

"(1) The Register must contain in respect of each entry of a matter under
subsection 56 (1) of the Act:

   (a)  the date the entry was made; and

   (b)  authentication of the entry by signature, or other suitable means, by
        the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar.
