1982 No. 145 States (Tax Sharing and Health Grants) Regulations (Amendment) - REG 3

3. Regulation 4 of the States (Tax Sharing and Health Grants) Regulations is
amended-
(a) by omitting "perscribed" from paragraph (b) of the definition of

"relevant event" in sub-regulation (1) and substituting "prescribed"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-regulation (1) the following sub-regulation:

"(1A) In this regulation, unless the contrary intention appears, a word or
expression defined for the purposes of the Health Insurance Act has the
meaning that it would have if used in that Act.".
