17. The scale set out in Schedule 3 prescribes the expenses allowed to a
person who is required to attend and give evidence before the Commissioner or
an authorised officer under subsection 108 (1) of the Act (except a person
attending in respect of his or her own assessment or the assessment of a
person whose representative he or she is).
