TELECOMMUNICATIONS (STANDARD AGREEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 349 - REG 2

2. In these Regulations:

"Act" means the Telecommunications Act 1997;

"standard agreement" means a standard form of agreement formulated by a
carriage service provider for section 479 of the Act.
