1982 No. 212 Trade Commissioners Regulations (Amendment) - RULE 2.

2. After regulation 14A of the Trade Commissioners Regulations the following
regulation is inserted:

Granting of leave subject to deduction from future recreation leave credits



"14B. (1) A Commissioner may be granted such leave of absence as could be
granted to him, on the condition that a recreation leave credit that would
otherwise subsequently accrue to him shall be reduced by the period of the
leave of absence so granted, if he were an officer of the Australian Public
Service.



"(2) A function that may be performed by a Chief Officer of a Department or
the Public Service Board in relation to leave of absence granted to an officer
of the Australian Public Service referred to in sub-regulation (1) may be
performed by the Minister in relation to leave of absence granted under that
sub-regulation.".
