1987 No. 261 THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 5

Meetings of Committee 
5. Regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "and"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of subregulation (2) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; and (c) in the case of the Therapeutic Device Evaluation Committee-4
members constitute a quorum.".
