1990 No. 394 THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS - REG 21

21. If:

   (a)  an applicant for a licence to manufacture therapeutic goods nominates
        a person as having control of the production of goods or the quality
        control measures in respect of the manufacture of the goods; and

   (b)  the licence is granted; and

   (c)  the applicant wishes to replace the nominated person with another
        person; then it is a condition of the licence that the licence holder
        must inform the Secretary as soon as practicable of the name,
        qualifications and experience of that other person.
