  1.1   These Regulations, other than regulations 6 and 8 and subregulations
9.2, 9.3, 10.6, 10.7, 11.7, 13.2 and 14.4, commence on 4 July 1995.

  1.2   Regulation 6 and subregulation 9.3 commence on 1 October 1995.


  1.3   Regulation 8 and subregulations 9.2, 10.6 and 11.7 commence on 1
January 1996.

  1.4   Subregulation 10.7 commences on 1 October 1996.


  1.5   Subregulations 13.2 and 14.4 commence on 1 January 1997.
