1986 No. 261 TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 3

3. Where an application to register a trade mark has been accepted under
section 44 of the Trade Marks Act 1955 before the commencement of these
Regulations, the fee payable for the registration of that trade mark is the
fee that would, but for these Regulations, have been payable for the
registration of that trade mark.
