1995 No. 341 TRADE MARKS REGULATIONS - REG 7.4

Notice of renewal due-when and how given
7.4 (1) For the purposes of section 76 of the Act (which deals with notice of
renewal due), the period in relation to notifying a registered owner that
renewal of the registration of a trade mark is due is 2 months ending on the
day on which the registration of the trade mark expires.

(2) A notice that the renewal is due must include:

   (a)  a statement of the date on which the registration of the trade mark
        will expire; and

   (b)  a statement of any fee payable.
