TRADE PRACTICES (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (NO. 1) (SLI NO 280 OF 2010) - REG 2

                These Regulations commence as follows:

                 (a)     on 1 January 2011 -- regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

                (b)     on 1 July 2011 -- Schedule 2;

                 (c)     on 1 January 2012 -- Schedule 3.
