TRADE PRACTICES (CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY STANDARDS) (CHILDREN'S NIGHTWEAR AND PAPER PATTERNS FOR CHILDREN'S NIGHTWEAR) REGULATIONS 2007 (SLI NO 21 OF 2007) - REG 7

                Until the end of 29 February 2008, the consumer product safety standard for paper patterns for children's nightwear is:

                (a)    clauses 0.2, 0.5.2, 0.5.3, 0.5.6, 0.5.10 and 5.6 of the standard described in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (AS/NZS 1249:1999), as varied by Part 2 of that Schedule; or

               (b)    clauses 0.2, 0.5.2, 0.5.3, 0.5.6, 0.5.10 and 5.6 of the standard described in Part 3 of Schedule 2 (AS/NZS 1249:2003), as varied by Part 4 of that Schedule.
