1995 No. 248 TRADE PRACTICES REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 9

9.1 After item 5, insert:

"5A. Application for authorisation under subsection 88 (8A) of the Act 7,500".

9.2 Item 7: Omit the item, substitute:

"7. Notice under subsection 93 (1) of the Act:

   (a)  if the conduct is of a kind referred to in subsection 47 (2), (3), (4)
        or (5), or paragraph 47 (8) (a) or (b) or (9) (a), (b) or (c), of the
        Act 2,500

   (b)  if the conduct is of a kind referred to in subsection 47 (6) or (7),
        or
paragraph 47 (8) (c) or (9) (d), of the Act        1,000".
