TRANS-TASMAN PROCEEDINGS REGULATION 2012 (SLI NO 11 OF 2012) - REG 12

                For paragraph 47 (1) (b) of the Act, the following Australian tribunals are prescribed:

                (a)    Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal;

               (b)    Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal;

                (c)    State Administrative Tribunal in Western Australia;

               (d)    ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
