TELECOMMUNICATIONS (ARBITRATION) REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L01740) - REG 25

                   A person commits an offence if:

                     (a)  the person is given a direction under any of paragraphs 15(b) to (e); and

                     (b)  the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

                     (c)  the act or omission contravenes the direction.

Penalty:  10 penalty units.
