TRADESPERSONS' RIGHTS REGULATION 2013 (SLI NO 187 OF 2013) - REG 5

             (1)  In this regulation:

"Act" means the Tradespersons' Rights Regulation Act 1946 .

             (2)  In this regulation, a reference in a table to a tradesperson of a particular classification is taken to be a reference to a tradesperson of that classification in the trade to which the table relates.
