1986 No. 395 TRADE UNION TRAINING AUTHORITY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 1

1. Regulation 5 of the Trade Union Training Authority Regulations is amended -

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1)(e) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(e) one officer or employee of the Authority employed in relation to the
Australian Capital Territory, to represent the officers and employees of the
Authority employed in relation to the Territory, elected in accordance with
Part IV by the officers and employees of the Authority employed in relation to
the Territory and appointed by the Minister;"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end the following sub-regulation:

"(5) For the purposes of paragraph (1)(e), an officer or employee of the
Authority shall be taken to be employed in relation to the Australian Capital
Territory if, and only if, the duties of the officer or employee are usually
performed in the Territory.".
