VET STUDENT LOANS (CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2017 (F2017L00821) - REG 8

                   For the purposes of paragraph 7(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount of approved course provider charge payable by an approved course provider for a financial year is as follows:

                     (a)  if the approved course provider is a small provider for the financial year--$1,280;

                     (b)  if the approved course provider is a medium provider for the financial year--$12,480;

                     (c)  if the approved course provider is a large provider for the financial year--$62,870.
