WINE AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS 2018 (F2018L00286) - REG 94

Interim determination

             (1)  A determination by the Geographical Indications Committee under section 92 or 93 is to be an interim determination in the first instance.

             (2)  An interim determination does not have effect.
