1988 No. 115 WOOL MARKETING REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) - REG 2

2. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting in
subregulation (1) the following definitions:

" 'authorised person' means a person appointed under regulation 23;
'examinable document' means any book or document relevant to the making of
refunds under the Act and these Regulations;".
