These Regulations are the Weapons of Mass Destruction Regulations 1995 .

[2] Paragraphs 12 (a) and (b)

(a)
an SES employee in the Department; or

(b)
an APS employee in the Department with the classification of Executive Level 2, or an equivalent classification.
