WATER REGULATIONS 2008 (SLI NO 106 OF 2008) - REG 7.02

                Each of the following persons is a Category A person for the purposes of this regulation:

                (a)    the Australian Government Department that administers the Water Act 2007 ;

               (b)    Murray‑Darling Basin Authority;

                (c)    Murray‑Darling Basin Commission;

               (d)    the agencies of a State specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2.
