International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963
Association of Tin Producing Countries (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations (Repeal)
Section 13 of the International Organizations (Privileges and Immunities) Act 1963 (the Act) provides that the Governor-General may make regulations for the purposes of the Act.
The purpose of this amendment is to withdraw privileges and immunities granted in Australia to the Association of Tin Producing Countries as Australia has withdrawn its membership from the Association. To achieve this the Regulations have been repealed.
