The headings of the Chapters, Parts, Divisions
and Subdivisions into which this Law is divided are taken to be part of this
Law.


(2)
A Schedule to this Law is taken to be part of this Law.


(3)
Each heading to a section of this Law, and each footnote or end
note to this Law, is taken not to be part of this Law.
