Effect of proper SCH transfer
- (1)
- A proper SCH transfer of quoted securities is valid
and effective for the purposes of any law or instrument governing or relating
to the way in which the securities may be transferred.
- (2)
- A proper SCH transfer of quoted rights is valid and effective for
the purposes of any law or instrument governing or relating to the way in
which the rights may be transferred.
