CORPORATIONS LAW- SECT 111C
Specifying a matter by reference to another instrument
- (1)
- Subject to subsection 111A(2), an application
order may specify a matter by applying, adopting or incorporating, with or
without modifications:
- (a)
- the provisions of:
- (i)
- an Act
of this jurisdiction; or
- (ii)
- regulations under such an Act;
as in force at a particular time or as in force from time to time;
or
- (b)
- matter contained in any other instrument or writing as in force
or existing when the order takes effect.
- (2)
- Except as otherwise expressly provided
in this Law, an application order must not specify a matter by applying,
adopting or incorporating matter contained in an instrument or other writing
as in force or existing from time to time.
