CORPORATIONS LAW- SECT 1197
Revocation of banning order in certain cases
Where:
- (a)
- section 1196
requires the Commission to vary a banning order so that it no longer has a
particular operation; and
- (b)
- the order has no other operation;
the Commission shall, by written order, instead revoke the
banning order.
