CORPORATIONS LAW- SECT 1423
Meetings—first AGM for companies incorporated before commencement
- (1)
- A company that was incorporated less than 18
months before commencement and that did not hold its first AGM by commencement
must hold it within 18 months after its incorporation.
- (2)
- A company that was incorporated 18 months or more before
commencement and that did not hold its first AGM by commencement must hold it
within 7 days after commencement.
