CORPORATIONS LAW- SECT 249HA

Amount of notice of meetings of listed company

 
 
(1)
Despite section 249H, at least 28 days notice
must be given of a meeting of a company's members.


(2)
This section applies only to a company that is: 
 
 
 
(a)
incorporated in Australia;
and

(b)
included in an official list of the Exchange. 

 
 
(3)
This section applies despite anything in
the company's constitution.
