Recognition of acts etc. done under corresponding laws

 
 
(1)
A reference to an act done by or in relation to
the Commission is a reference to such an act done under or for the purposes of
the Corporations Law of this or any other jurisdiction.


(2)
A reference to an act done by or in relation to a court is a
reference to such an act done under or for the purposes of the
Corporations Law of this or any other jurisdiction.
