Officers, and other persons, in default

 
 
(1)
A reference, in relation to a contravention, to
an officer of a body corporate, or to a person, who is in default is a
reference to an officer of the body (including a person who later ceases to be
such an officer), or to a person, as the case may be, who is involved in the
contravention.
